Shipping Policy

Our Shipping policy Applies Worldwide. Some Countries have certain restrictions and we have applied these to the products to the best of our knowledge. 

Standard packing and handling times are between 1-3 Business. During peak season, big sales (like 20-30% off)  and special occasions such as Christmas and Fathers day there will be delays in shipping and we reserve the right to exceed the above guidelines on occasion. 

You Should receive tracking details within 24 - 48 hours of the parcel being posted to your preferred delivery address.

Please ensure your address and orders are correct before finalizing at checkout. Once the order is placed we are unable to make changes to the order.

For Gel Blasters:

Standard Shipping Times from our warehouse in UK to;

• United Kingdom: 2 business Days (Rural Areas will have longer delivery times)
• Other areas are not accpliable

For Products Other Than Gel Blasters:

Standard Shipping Times from China to;

• United Kingdom: 7 business Days
• Europe: 7-10 Business Days
• United States: 15 Business Days
• Other areas: 15-20 Business Days

These are the standard shipping times according to different carriers. We have experienced both slower and faster delivery times. This is just a guide of expected delivery times once the warehouse has picked and packed your order. Rural Areas will obviously have longer delivery times.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the carrier and we will not be held responsible for any items that go missing and can not provide any discounts on new products that must be purchased to replace the missing items. Please call the carrier if there are any issues with the delivery of your order.
